ANGELINA TEO
张思敏

TEO SHIMIN ANGELINA creates to empower. She believes that theatre has the ability to stir discussions, creating change. Her recent works include A New and Better You (dir by. Edith Podesta), Requiem for Change (dir. by David Glass) and Pinter Triple Bill (dir. by Effendy Ibrahim). Angelina graduated with a BA(hons) in Acting from LASALLE College of the Arts, and was in the second batch of 艺树人 ARTivate mentored by Koh Hui Ling and Han Xuemei. In the future, Angelina aims to explore the utopian nature in queerness via theatre.

CHNG YI KAI

​​莊義楷

CHNG YI KAI joined Drama Box’s youth wing, ARTivate, after graduating from Singapore Polytechnic’s Diploma in Applied Drama and Psychology. His recent acting credits include: Art Studio (Nine Years Theatre) and Exit (Drama Box and ArtsWok). Having completed his studies as an Anthropology major at Yale-NUS College, he now hopes to create effective means of engaging the community through art. He is currently a Resident Artist in Drama Box.

KWAN CHUN LONG
关俊朗

KWAN CHUN LONG hopes that one day, the impact of theatre can be visible to a point that the society is free from oppression, where everyone can speak freely with respect for the differences between them. He has also acted in 告白 Confessions in SCENES: FORUM THEATRE (Drama Box, 2015), Project Mending Sky: US - Man, The Forest, The Monkey Man, The Tigers And The Elephants  (Drama Box, 2012). Chun Long is currently studying in National University of Singapore, majoring in Economics. He is interested in writing scripts to put his little stories on stage.

MELODY CHAN

​陈韵儿

MELODY CHAN received her actor’s training as a  member of “ARTivate”, the youth wing of Drama Box. She also performed in the youth wing's graduation show, Kopitiam as well as an immersive theatre performance in The Arts House, BODY X - The Rehearsal. As a Communication Studies graduate student from Communication Studies, she is also constantly exploring the various methods of storytelling.

TEO PEI SI
张佩思

TEO PEI SI is a theatre practitioner who aspires to create work that explores the complexities of identity. After graduating from ARTivate (Drama Box) and NTU Division of Chinese, she now practices as an actor and playwright.

She co-founded a theatre collective, STRANGER and she was the actor, playwright and co-producer in the collective’s debut production, KNOTS. She is selected by the Playwrights’ Cove programme (The Necessary Stage) and is currently under the mentorship of Haresh Sharma. 

Sometimes, she lives a life under the pseudonym of gongxin弓心.


Some of her notable works include: Dearest S (2020), KNOTS (2019), IgnorLAND of its LOSS (2016), Kopitiam (2016) and SCENES: Forum Theatre Festival (2015).
